I set up Treehouse Project Management in the Summer of 2020 having spent over 25 years working in advertising and event management agencies.  With the live events industry being on hold due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it was time for me to take action and Treehouse Project Management is the result!

As well as the devastating health impact COVID-19 has had on the world it's economic impact too is far reaching so much so that companies are now deliberating over taking on full time staff and looking more to the freelance route without the commitment of having to pay a monthly salary and benefits such as pension contributions and healthcare.

That is where Treehouse Project Management comes in; I've been very lucky in my previous roles to gain a huge amount of experience that is transferrable and will benefit clients who may only need support in blocks of time without having to worry about employing someone on a full-time basis.

I specialise in supporting small businesses with Business Development for example if they want to bid for large contracts through a procurement process.
